We attended the very interesting 42nd Panhellenic Conference of Property Owners organized by POMIDA, which took place on January 25, 2025.

In the conference, critical issues were discussed, such as real estate taxation, leases, and new regulations on short-term lease, the Land Registry, and recent changes aimed at facilitating and expediting transactions, as well as developments following the recent Council of State rulings on the New Building Regulation.

The interest and active participation of all attendees once again demonstrated the importance of dialogue on issues concerning the real estate market.
