• Beginning June 29, digital real estate transfer will be mandatory. The parties will be obliged to use an online platform of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR or AADE), called myProperty.
• This platform allows the notary public to send a property sale contract to both the buyer’s and seller’s tax account inbox, on myTaxisnet, in order for them to approve it.
• The new, mandatory digital process will facilitate the interested parties, as it saves valuable time and it avoids bureaucracy.
