On Tuesday, May 9th, we attended the 1st Women in Law, Conference organized by Nomiki Bibliothiki.

Olga Eftychidou and the distinguished ladies in her panel exchanged views and personal experience and provided the audience with precious and inspiring insights on how to encourage gender equality in legal professions. Olga pointed out that Sioufas and Associates has reached 76% of women in all its departments, with 65% of them in leadership positions. The numbers are more impressive when it comes to women lawyers; 69% of all lawyers are female and the same percentage applies for women lawyers in leadership roles, proving our commitment to breaking barriers and strive for gender equality.

We had the pleasure to meet and listen to women who, through their hard work and devotion to the legal profession, managed to achieve a successful career in a mostly male business world. Thank you, Nomiki Bibliothiki, for this great initiative; this was a conference worth establishing!
