Corporate officials and freelance professionals who relocate to Greece in 2021 will have 50% of their income exempted from taxation for the first seven years, as per new Greek law 4758/2020.

This initiative compliments i) the Golden visa program aiming to attract foreign real estate investors realizing a minimum investment of 250,000 euros for the purchase of real estate in Greece and ii) the new tax initiative offering a flat 7% income tax rate to foreign retirees relocating to Greece.
