Leaders in the field and specialists in real estate will reunite for another year at the Prodexpo Conference on October 25^th and 26^th  held by Tsomokos Communications to share insights and thoughts about the quickly developing prospects and trends in the real estate market.

The first day, in the session “Life after regaining investment grade status: can Greece attract big players from abroad?”, our Head of Legal, Olga Eftychidou, along with Dimitris Skalkos, Secretary General for Public Investment & Partnership Agreement, Hellenic Republic, Lambros Belessis, Partner, Bernitsas Law  and Nikos Baziotis, CFO/CIO, Premia Properties will be discussing about investment grade status and its correlation to foreign investments. This insightful panel will take place at 13.30 p.m. and will be moderated by Dimitris Pefanis, Manager, CNN Greece.

On the second day, our Head of Real Estate, Neoklis Neokleous, will discuss one-on-one with Key Account Specialist, Dimitra Tsotsou, at 11 a.m. about “Fostering security in real estate transactions: E- Cadastre”, describing the development of the real estate market and analyzing why the new Electronic Cadastre is playing a major role in the market’s development.
