Sioufas and Associates Law Firm successfully represented a well-known producer company of agro-food against a competitor distributor, seeking and securing a prohibitory injunction against it and requesting a recall of all products distributed in Greece under the trade title at issue.

The prohibitory injunction was granted ex parte after which the competitor immediately recalled all the products at issue and covered all the trade titles that were infringing our client’s European trademark.

Following that the parties settled during the discussion of the provisional measures whereby the competitor agreed to abstain from using the mark that was similar to our client’s and to recall all infringing products.
