Day 3 in Cannes at the  MIPIM 2024 exhibition, where the sun has been shining brightly over the picturesque French Riviera, setting a perfect backdrop for our discussions with real estate investors, professionals and advisors that are gaining momentum.

In between meetings, we’ve had the opportunity to attend the “Panel Discussion MIPIM 2024: Greece: Unveiling Sustainable Investment Opportunities” session, with Fanis Papathanasiou, International correspondent, ERT S.A moderating it and hosted by Enterprise Greece and supported by Prodexpo conference, where prominent speakers, such as Marinos Giannopoulos, Ph.D, CEO,Enterprise Greece SA, Dimitris Politis, CEO, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF / ΤΑΙΠΕΔ), Claire Camplisson, Director, Casa Collective hotels and Theodore Tzouros, Chief of Corporate & Investment Banking, Piraeus Bank, delved into Greece’s untapped opportunities and strong potential for sustainable investments.

We also had the pleasure to exchange market practices and experiences with colleagues from several countries including India and Indonesia!

As the day has drawn to a close, we reflect on our accomplishments till now whilst making plans for the final remaining day of the exhibition.
