 Ms. Olga Eftychidou, Head of Legal at Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, emphasized that Metaklisis is not a temporary solution, but a strategic, long-term investment. She highlighted the importance of securing expert legal guidance and partnering with reputable employee mobility companies in the country of origin.

 Ms. Marykate Papadopoulou, Senior Associate at Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, called metaklisis a “structured, legal tool with long-term potential.” She outlined the key steps for different employment types (seasonal, dependent, highly qualified), now managed entirely through an online platform — improving transparency, speed, and legal certainty. She stressed that accurate legal guidance and strategic preparation are essential to success, especially when navigating visa D applications, residence permits, and compliance processes.

 Mr. Ioannis Vellios, Group People & Culture Director at Zeus International Hotels & Resorts, brought in the employer’s perspective from the tourism sector. Having managed numerous international metaklisis, he highlighted the value of multiculturalism and innovation brought by Indian professionals. He highlighted the group’s successful collaboration with Dynamic Staffing Services, which has effectively supported both administrative procedures and compliance requirements. “We hope the process continues to evolve so we can successfully welcome new employees,” he added.

The event closed with an open discussion on the future of the institutional framework — with a shared understanding that cross-border mobility must adapt to labour market realities while remaining ethical, lawful, and inclusive.
